500 years ago on 23 August 1521, Jakob Fugger founded the Fuggerei in "exemplum", as a model of generosity. People and institutions all over the world can subscribe to this idea of endowment. Everyone can become a benefactor: on a small scale, for example, by paying an entrance fee to the Fuggerei, on a large scale by making endowments and donations. We thank you for your generous support, with whose help we can do even more good at the Fuggerei.

During our festival week in August 2021, the Wolf bakery sold pretzels in the shape of an F for € 0.88 - i.e. the annual cold rent for a Fuggerei flat. The Fuggerei pretzel fundraising campaign was a complete success. The proceeds of € 11,418.00 will go towards the preservation of the Fuggerei. We sincerely thank the customers of the Wolf Bakery for their support and the Wolf Bakery itself for its generous donation!
